Dust Control

Calcium Chloride is the most economical treatment for Dust Control.  It must be reapplied annually.  It is applied using a spray truck on a newly bladed surface.

MG30 is also applied with a spray truck. The biggest advantage over applying calcium chloride is that with MG30 after a few applications you may have less maintenance, and less product needed, as the saturation level becomes higher.

Blade Mixing

Blade Mixing: MG30 is added to the existing surface of the road with the use of a spray truck and a grader. The top 3 – 5” of the road surface are mixed with MG30 at the rate of approx. 1/L/square meter/inch of depth.

The process of blade mixing strengthens the surface, eliminates dust and washboard. This is the perfect solution to grid roads that have lighter weight traffic.

Your new road will have a denser more compact surface that has virtually no washboard or dust.

Full Depth Road Reclamation

Full Depth Reclamation leads to a stronger, more stable base and allows roads to be reshaped. The reclaimer and the spray truck work together to incorporate MG30 into the soil at a rate of 1 liter/square meter/inch of depth. The existing surface and the underlying base are mixed, with MG30, to form an upgraded homogenous and highly stable new base.  This is an especially effective treatment for roads with a thin asphalt level (TPS).

The reclaimer can reclaim to depths of 20” and provides a varying coarseness of material produced. This allows customization of the roadway for future needs of greater ease. The depth of the grind is dependent on the soil type – gravel, rock content, asphalt and/or sand.
